19cturbo
the only thing im concerned about is how far back the actual mount is from the bolt holes.. its all hanging at the back and those are small bolts.. i like the idea for sure though
BC_99
Its not a JZ swap, but an auto to manual swap in my fiji, It may give you ideas or a direction anyway. Its a torsion mount I fabbed up myself to use the oem holes and oem mount just replaced the rubber with a 7/8" torsion tube. It has held up fine so far. http://i601.photobucket.com/albums/tt93/BC_99/parts%20car%20and%20parts/bW1jMS9EQ0lNL0NBTUVSQS9TU1BYMDAxMS5qcGc.jpghttp://i601.photobucket.com/albums/tt93/BC_99/parts%20car%20and%20parts/bW1jMS9EQ0lNL0NBTUVSQS9TU1BYMDAxMC5qcGc.jpghttp://i601.photobucket.com/albums/tt93/BC_99/parts%20car%20and%20parts/bW1jMS9EQ0lNL0NBTUVSQS9TU1BYMDAxMi5qcGc.jpg BC_99
19cturbo
I like that BC, but i dont think that will work using the R154, because the transmission is in the way of the stock mount where it is so much bigger that the stock tranny. vettekiller593
I wouldnt do solid motor and solid Trans mount. You need some give somewhere so you don't crack things when the motor torques.

vettekiller593
Here are some pics of a swap I'm doing now. http://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp339/vettekiller593/2FEA2C7E-C0D0-4B9E-A218-978C32D8A3FE-78135-000007DDA6D6E392_zps9e0f58eb.jpghttp://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp339/vettekiller593/6ED93B88-A818-4E3E-9FEB-E4BBCFE27702-78135-000007DDB9792C8A_zps8f3b8be9.jpghttp://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp339/vettekiller593/4DBC6241-ED9F-418B-8EAB-50ACAD1824EF-78135-000007DDB32B48BC_zps1293dd0e.jpghttp://i425.photobucket.com/albums/pp339/vettekiller593/2FEA2C7E-C0D0-4B9E-A218-978C32D8A3FE-78135-000007DDA6D6E392_zps9e0f58eb.jpg Mine are a little different on my car. 19cturbo
well i guess since i started this, ill contribute.. this is what i came up with.. i dont have a final picture of angle welded to the car. but i boxed in the ends, and welded nuts to the back side so i can just bolt the mount to it like factory http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd23/19cturbo/1JZ%20SWAP/F95A4513-72F2-453D-B152-24B54D30A65A-17692-00000B7CA0302A14_zpseb067207.jpg http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd23/19cturbo/1JZ%20SWAP/B6810806-22AA-41F1-8734-A486F62129C3-17692-00000B7CB00CE01E_zpsb456d858.jpg then i cut the center out of a factory starion mount, drilled 4 holes to bolt to the factroy R154 mount and bolted it to it.. http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd23/19cturbo/1JZ%20SWAP/612AC09F-B135-4633-8583-D4D49303D76C-17692-00000B7CA7EDE84A_zps14f709f9.jpg I then bolted the rest of the factory starion mount to the welded angle on the car, and used some thin wire to mock out my mount http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd23/19cturbo/1JZ%20SWAP/8356F291-B0FA-464F-8049-82D004A3F7CF-17692-00000B7CB6C64797_zpsc25f24e5.jpg then just cut some flat plate and filled in the gaps, you can see i had to bend the ends up slightly to clear the R154 mount, but it worked out great http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd23/19cturbo/1JZ%20SWAP/82DEC592-97EB-4A6A-89E7-78ADA253E828-17692-00000B7CBDC1258F_zps19a68b6c.jpg http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd23/19cturbo/1JZ%20SWAP/C14B5353-8E83-431B-A0B0-A9748DF7D680-17692-00000B7CC4449EFE_zpsac73c604.jpg http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd23/19cturbo/1JZ%20SWAP/71EE503E-83C1-4E2C-B768-71E767FC366C-17692-00000B7CC9BD45E7_zpsb0b16223.jpg http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd23/19cturbo/1JZ%20SWAP/DC38F44B-EA16-4064-A018-6646A066F2BB-17692-00000B7CD0075DCE_zps5b740e7c.jpg http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd23/19cturbo/1JZ%20SWAP/312833D0-7834-47E0-8D92-F0E1C43C3441-17692-00000B7CD5E8DB4D_zpsef7f7bb9.jpg http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd23/19cturbo/1JZ%20SWAP/036A967E-AF2C-43BC-A80D-45D2D1CF645F-17692-00000B7CDD0A6B6A_zps9d674000.jpg
