so i picked up an 89 quest tsi shp the other day for $500. according to the seller, it starts and runs fine. has a new 14b and fuel pump. when i went to go pick it up though, it would crank but no start. i think it just needed gas but i didnt feel like trouble shooting it in his drive way so i towed it home. list of things that are currently wrong w/ it:   bad rings - smokes under boost horrid wiring in the engine bay headlights were disconnected to power the fans, which went out missing AC
