I had my Conquest (88') up on the lift the other night and I was looking over the suspension. The rear end seems to be an 'ok' design that would work with some upgraded components. The front end seems like something you would see on a typical family car. The way the front strut/trailing arm is designed, it looks like the toe would change under heavy breaking and turning. Am I right in thinking that by dumping this setup for a true a-arm setup it would greatly increase the steering of the car? I

I'm new. Please don't bash me, im just asking. Are there any "kits" out there that are for sale to convert a quest to MPI? Everything I read about it seems great, more HP, more torque, smoother running. I'm in the process of a complete resto and am considering this. If its not in the thousands it's gonna definately be a consideration. Thanks for the advice all!

i have an 88 that i bought in 92. it has been sitting since 95. i bought a running 86 for $500.00. it sat so long because a mechanic friend told me it had a spun bearing or bad wrist pin or some crap.(wish i knew then what i know now) either way i swaped blocks. i drained fuel from tank today, looked and smelled good but about 5 years old so...any way before i put new fuel filter on i turned the key and the pump pushed fuel out the line. so after draining the tank and putting in fresh fuel i hoo
