Getting the right slave..
By nomofwd,

GM Alternator
By Killtodie,
Looking to upgrade to the GM alternator. I dont think the GP is open anymore. Anyone have one for sale or know a place I can get one? Primarily the adapter kit.
3rd Alternator went bad
By Killtodie,
So looks like my 3rd alternator went bad. It's been working on an off all day, had to pull over and get my battery charged on my way to work. My volt gauge would spike up to 12v every now and then but then drop down past 8. Yesterday I cleaned all my grounds. It was acting up before and I was hoping it was that. Does this sound like a bad alternator? Or maybe a bad connection? What should I replace it with? Are those GM kit upgrades still around?
