TSI Fuel tank parts needed??? Strainer for pick up and a sending unit. Any of you Vets out there with info on these discontinued parts? Thanks!

Just wondering if anyone has turned their Starquests into a convertible? Would that just wreck the structural integrity or is that too much a faux pas?

So I bought this sequential LED tail light kit and got it all wired up. Has anyone used these before? I have this weird problem of the blinkers working fine but if I push the brakes the foglights and parking lights flash with the blinkers and they never go solid like they are supposed to. I contacted the company and they have no idea what the problem is. Anyone have any ideas how this is happening?
