Question about Cosmo and Tokiko

I bought some dual-spring Cosmo coilovers and am wondering whether the helper spring goes on the top or bottom. The instructions say helper spring, washer, big spring; but is that the order from top to bottom or bottom to top? Second; I also bought Tokikos all the way around but, looking at them compared to the stock ones, they don't seem as big around. Does the housing they slide into extend up past the spring perch? It looks like there is some kind of nut holding the stock inserts in place. Th

Oil pan and fuel pump bracket

Local pick up is preferred within an hour of 08086 NJ. Damaged pan is OK all I need are the oil separator return and dip stick tubes to weld onto a truck pan so I'd prefer local and cheap.
