ISC / MPS wiring dilemma?
By natallica,
I've been trying to iron out an odd stumble in my cars idle for quite some time, and tonight I noticed something weird. I dug out my FSM and printed TPS reset sheets, attempting to do the normal reset procedures. During the step that tells you to unplug the ISC after the 'zip' into predetermined idle setting, mine moves back when unplugged. What would cause this, and is there a detailed explanation somewhere indicating which color wires correspond at the plugs. Mine have all been hacked an
Name that part!
By MasterVivi,
Hey guys, I'm not too keen on all the parts in my car, I'd love for everyone to help me learn! http://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/321717_525409140819689_1958643937_o.jpg If you guys could use paint or photoshop or any program to circle parts and number them and tell me what they are and what they do, that would be AWESOME. I know there are things messed up inside my bay too, so if you notice something amiss, let me know! Thanks guys, Jeff

Starting problem
By siraireparker,
I'm can't get it to start. It's getting spark so I don't think it's electrical. It has two secondary injectors and runs very rich at idle, 10.0 and 14.5 under load. I've checked the vacuum hoses and found nothing. Could it be plugged injectors? I forgot to mention the fuel pressure gauge is showing 35-38 lbs. Thanks for any help you can provide. Greg
