I dropped my head off to get it rebuilt and I mentioned something about the fine gray powder covering my coolant ports. The machinist told me that it was actually from the exhaust gasses getting into the coolant and causing a chemical reaction creating an acid. He showed me where it was starting to eat away at the head. He told me that all head gaskets will leak to some extent on any engine if you boost over about 10lbs. I have had both for a year, only 500 miles on each, i paid 375 for the turbo, 350 for the header, it was made by forced air proformance. turbo is a t3/t4 so is the header. header can be drilled out for t3. turbo only boost to 8psi, everything works fine on turbo no shaft play. i decided to go to a big 16g since i'm not going to convert to mpi anytime soon, those were my intentions with this turbo set up.   200 obo on turbo   200 obo on header   will get better pics asap INLET 2" OUTLET 3"
