Not sure if this topic belongs in VM or BS.   Does anyone know of a procedure for this (Auto seat belt track refurb). Preferably with pics! Not that I'm too lazy to read, but I learn much better with visual references.   It's getting pretty cold out and my seat belts are starting to move like snails, it's becoming pretty cumbersome.
