What's going on? Almost unusable this evening.

Hey Guys these are the Rota P45r3 wheels. They are BRAND NEW. These are 18 inches tall and 12 inches wide. These have a +20 offset.   NOW THESE WHEELS ARE NOT 110% AVAILABLE IN THE U.S.A!!!   The company that is the main distributor for Rota is DRIFTWORKS in the U.K. That is where these wheels came from. Recently bought a 88 auto starion..the man who I bought it from said a cylinder started missing..parked it in storage and never took it to a mechanic since he had a spare car..my question is he said it was running when he last used it.when u turn the key it jus clicks onced & anti lock light' lights up on dashboard..any ideas what it could be? I charged the battery all day yestetday left it over night..any suggestions appreciated.-nestor
