ethanol blended gas problems

Anybody else have trouble with ethanol blended gas in thier cars?ive heard lots of bad stuff about it and to vest of my knowledge it goes stale and seperates in 2 weeks.My starion as sat most of the time since got it running and drove it back on MLK day.i added a couple galons of fresh gas last weekend but no help.I think i have a 1/4 tank of almost non flammable gasoline. Yes...ive been hru all the basics tday and last sunday to no avail.i have fuel,spark,air and timing.I should be driving ar

$500 without engine, or $1300 with engine. Interior is black.. About 122K miles. 5 Speed No rust. Very good body. No front air dam. Previous owner said the head gasket blew. He bought and installed a brand new 2 valve head, new performance cam, new ARP head stud kit, new timing set with balance shaft elimination kit, new water pump, trilogy turbo injectors etc, but never quite got it completely together.
