So a few weeks back my passenger side seatbelt stopped working, it's stuck in the back position. You can't hear the motor at all so I don't think the linkage has snapped or anything like that. Then just a few days ago my driver side seatbelt did the same thing but it's stuck in the forward position. Where should I start looking?

I have D2 coil overs wielded to the hubs already. They also have heavier springs, 760Lbs in the front and 650Lbs in the rear. The hubs have al new bearings and races. This set up cost me 1400.
