Looking for the rear section of the center console. The part with the compartment and holds the seat belt releases. Need it in black thanks. PMs please

a msd box needs 12 volt to work. my question is if when i attempt to start the car(will not start) i checked the power to the msd box and it drops to 9.5 volts when the starter is engaged. what would cause such a drop in volts. bad starter? bad connection? i put new battery cables and battery in. thought i checked all the connections but not sure where to go from here
