My tranny is slipping on 89 auto so i have taken it to 2 tranny shops they both said i need a rebuild they don't like new or slightly used the one shop said they'll beat any price and quoted me $1200 is that to high?

Looking for a good maroon headliner front half with sun roof. Also need a sunroof liner or whatever covers it. Thanks
