Unusual Mounting Location for Oil Pressure Sending Unit

This is on the Raider and a little unusual. The factory Starion sending unit location on the oil filter housing is unusable because it is blocked by the power steering pump. The factory Raider oil sending unit is in the gallery port on the passengers side on the block (where we always mount an aftermarket unit). My question is: Do you think there is enough "meat" to the oil cooler bolts (the ones that go through the banjo bolts) to drill a small pilot hole through the bolt and then tap the t

vacuum advance?

This may be a foolish question but im new to the turbo. on a naturally aspirated engine the vac advance runs off the vacume pressure of the motor, the higher the RPM go the more advance the distributer gets right? you know where this is going, So when the turbo kicks in and puts positive pressure in the intake what keeps the vac advance from going backwards?
