I pulled this alternator from my '87, cleaned it up, and rebuilt it with new brushes and hi-temp synthetic grease. Tested and charges great. okay these intermittent glitches are getting annoying I was driving home from my girlfriends house today. And my car started having a bad idle again. I got home. And started testing things under the hood. I disconnected just about every sensor under the hood. I pulled off isc, tps,o2,ect. I pulled off one injector at a time and the car shuts down. Um I even pulled one plug wire at a time to see if its a spark problem,and car runs worse wen I pull each one. So im getting spark at each cylinder. I

I have a few Fuel pumps relays.   One is small orderd just a few years ago E8T00575 5Z19   the others bigger E8T00571 7122 and another with 6109   has anyone run into the different size relays? I might have tried to install it but i don't think the smaller one fit.   My relay on the car is making a funny noise when the 044 pump primes. This pump is mounted in the stock location. I think it's happening when the motor is running but i can't hear it much above the exhaust note.
