Is the axles the same 87 88 89? I don't mean the c/v axles , I mean the one that is in the hub carrier? I am pretty sure it is but have never hade the two side by side.

I just went to the smog test and I passed everything besides hydrocarbons on idle. This time I ran 1134 ppm on idle, I have the proper pcv valve with a tight hose and it was hooked up, cleaner egr, secondary air pipe hooked up, I had the quart of rubbing alcohol in the 1/4 tank with fresh 94 octane, and on the driving test my hydrocarbons went down 1 ppm.   Last test I ran the car is a crap fram pcv that was venting to the atmosphere with the manifold port plugged, 8 month old gas, and failed th
