high altitude and vacuum

Hey just drove up to nc and I'm up in the mountains. It appears i have lost about 3 to 4" of vacuum. All lines are good at the car drives ok. Could I be the density of the air? I am also running a 2nd gen maf t with an 88 ecu if that helps

Best offset for 17x9s for our cars

I'm going to end up rebarreling the Advans I have, and since that gives me the chance of changing the offset, which would you say would be the best offset for the Starion? They're currently 17x9 +25 all the way around. Secondly, any recommendations on tires? I dont think I need to go as meaty this time...
