Can the starquest pull 1g laterally?   cause the mustang svo can.

I was talking to Kelly and I told him I was going to take my car to a mechanic to have the head put on. Insted he HIGHLY RECCOMENED Steve to me. So I give Steve a call and he comes over and takes a look at my car. He said he would do it and  he would take out all the air restricters for me and cut my box and even check my turbo out. If i take a 87-89 starquest turbo . remove the compressor housing and wheel . get the housing bored out to fit a ( Garret 60-1 wheel ) . which is the upgrade for the t3-to4 turbo . what kind of turbo would i have ? any flow specs ?
