I tried replacing the front speakers on the doors. In doing it I broke/lost some of the snap things that keep the panels on. Where do I get more of these?

can I just replace the SHP 8way cartridges with standard tokico cartridges? TEP has all the welding and stuff, but can I just take the 8ways out and put new ones in with out having to cut?
