Ok my dad is ready to replace the struts on the Silver 87, Where would be the best place to get some gas charged ones..? Would they work good compared to the hyd.?   Steven

I am gonna be buying ST springs for my 89 TSi and I was wondering what shocks were good.  The GR-2's caught my eye b/c I have KYB's on my other car, and they are fairly cheap.   Are these performance oriented at all, or are they just stock replacement style shocks.   What do you guys recommend if these arent good shocks, I am looking for a good balance of performance and cost as I am not into auto-x or anything like that.

please keep in mind im new to SQs.   I recently obtained a 88 starion built in nov 87.  It has the black and tan interior with the 8 way seats.  the head rests do not have big square holes in them.  My problem is that the seat sits too high.  I'm a tall guy, and I feel like im sitting in my subaru.  My buddy has a 88 conquest, and the seating position is much lower.  My seats are in excellent condition, so i question whether they are the original seats.  Did mitsu change the seating geometry?
