    autocrossers i need your ideas and help. i am settin out to build a two seat lightweight 87tsi racer slash circuit monster. what have you done or what would be a good idea to get free horsepower... I.E. get lighter thanks....

    I have an 86 starion, I have looked all over this site looking to find info on a V8 swap and their does't seem to be much. I know a few of the fellas here have done this and I'm not sure thats the road I'm going to take but would like to find out as much as I can. When I bought the car, I knew nothing about it......After 2 years of reading what ever I could I think I'm starting to get to know the car some what. I wish now that I had bought an 88 or 89 but thats how it goes, besides it would take
