My shoulder belts have always been a little slow, as I'm sure I'm using the original motors. However, when it got very cold here last week (about 20 degrees Fahrenheit), the belts were extremely slow and almost didn't finish in the proper position.   I've never liked automatic shoulder belts, but for whatever reason nearly all Japanese car makers thought they were a fantastic idea in the late 1980s/early 90s.   My questions are: 1) How hard is it to replace the motors for the shoulder belts?
