My adjustable steering column keeps coming undone,is this a common issue?Is there a fix?

I have a set of Trilogy injectors that are 850cc. I just got them back from Witchhunter. Asking 150.00 shipped.

I'm on dial up so the images are not the highest resolution but hopefully adequate. Rooting around in the garage I found an old turbocharger. I don't think I can include that in the price of the car but since it clearly needs refurbishing (the impeller barely moves) I'll part with it cheaply ... say $200 shipped -or- the car and everything you see here for $1,150 -or- just the car and spare parts for $1,000. That's already lowball so kindly don't haggle. Images forthcoming.
