My car started deacclerating out of nowhere. When I put the car in neutral it shut off but was able to get start it back up by jump starting it since the car was still rolling. Just put the head back on the car. All the parts had been sitting outside for a couple months.   The car started easily at first. It had a really rough idle. Id move the distributor down and itd cut off. Now i move it back to the position before and its having a hard tome starting.   When the car is on and idling, id give it a light rev and the boost gauge would go up about 10#???   Any idea whats going on or what i should do next?
