By boostinmini,
TPS upgrade/replacement kits who needs one? Did a small run, had a few people who really needed one so I have five extra kits, first come first serve. PLEASE PM me if you need a kit. These are a great upgrade for a older one with faster response or to replace a dead one. static electricity?
By BandY,
Just hoping for an easy answer to this mystery question. Had some help the other day, trying to get my 86 running, but it's still not able to be driven. Anyhow, this issue might be relevant, or it might be completely irrelevant. Holding a digital multimeter on the posts of my battery, the volts reading goes completely berserk while turning the engine over and/or running (however briefly that might be). Hooked the meter to his 89, and it held a steady reading, whether engine was running or not
no start, no spark
By maximum_overdrive,
today when i started my car to warm it up it ran for 30 seconds and died and will not restart. it has done this 2 other times but it fired back up immediately . im getting no spark, got 12v to coil+, jumped the fuel pump wire and got voltage at it. it has a msd coil and factory says it should ohm out at .7 primary and 4.5k secondary i got 1.3 primary and 4.8k secondary its off but i dont think it would keep it from running. is it a bad dizzy?
