So I am looking at buying 1 of 2 cars need advice on which one? both are 88 white conquests one running with close to perfect red cloth interior needs very little but bone stock. No mods at all. less than 100,000 miles, sun roof, good air dam. 2 hrs away and can drive back. the other is not running pretty decent red leather interior, head off engine, so not running, 115,000 miles, cracked air dam, no sunroof, 4 hours away must haul back, $2250 cheaper. which ever way i go i really don't want a stock G54B again, so would want to try to modify if anything is still available. Still wanting to use the G54B base but turbo mods and maybe multiport if i can still get one. So what would it cost to rebuild and mod and is there a builder anywhere close to TN/KY that can still work on these? Please help.
