I am in desperate need of working 86 OEM injectors. (I need to keep my California car basically stock for smog and collectible reasons.) The injectors don't have to be perfect, some leaking around the injector cap is okay, as long as the injector is not stuck open or beyond all hope. I am willing to pay a good amount of $$$ for some working injectors, thanks!

I have a 1986 Mitsubishi starion with the R04 paint code runs and drives and i drive it daily and it has been relatively reliable, it is rusty but no structural rust i was going to fix it during my auto collision classes but would take longer than i have before i graduate. I'd like to get 1200 but for the right offer i would sell it. I've got more then 2000 in the car.Has an ebay hardpipe, over the valve cover pipe. car comes with an extra engine block that need balance shaft bearings and a oil pump need nothing else and 2 exhaust manifolds, extra cooling fans, another throttle body, another turbo that needs rebuilt, and other random stuff i have never gone through What i've done since i have owned it: Replaced the engine with a rebuilt one i got for my birthday Replaced the transmission with one from an 87 quest I replaced the fuel injectors with good factory ones Replaced the turbo with a good factory turbo New gaskets for the engine has a different MAF out of an 86 will have new cv shaft boots on the driver side they are starting to crack, interior is in good shape other than the pedal covers are gone,as is the factory radio and the previous owner cut the plugs off the radio wiring harness and the rear seat on the driver side has a place where the seam stitching has broken but could be re stitched I am Located in Luther Iowa and yes i would ship the car if somebody wants it bad enough. also the car has a sun roof and leather seats I must also include that i do not need to sell my Starion, I just want to see it go to someone that will fix it up since at the moment i don't have the time or funds to do it my self need it gone to make room in garage

I setup a webpage with most of the details at: https://sites.google.com/site/1986starion/ I've done a few things to it since then, but that shows the bulk of the work bringing it back to a usable condition. I made lots of mistakes along the way, and struggled through. Right now, the car runs pretty good, but I think its not quite right (could be faster, probably a little tweeking here or there.) The engine mods are: Mechanical lifter setup Mechanical cooling fan setup Lo-Buck FCD Big 16G Turbo (I've only put about 30 miles on the big turbo, so im not used to it yet). I've had this car a few years, but I havnt driven it much, until last fall when I did the FCD. I've put about 10,000 miles on it since I got it. I"ve been trying to sell it for several years, but I've not had any takers, probably because the price is too high, but the price is my cost (does not include labor, just parts). If I could sell it at my cost, then it would be like working for 6 months for free, but at this point i'd be stoked to just break even. Im considering parting it out since I cant sell it. I really want to drive my car, but I cant, untill I sell this car. Ive taken parts off my car to keep this one running. The not so good: The cars in OK shape, The paint looks terrible, The paint I used was crappy, and its going to take some work to repaint it. The interior is a bit worn (particularly the drivers area), but not too bad. The suspension is all original, and could use some updating and refreshing. The tires are kinda crappy, but perfect for burnouts (thick crapy rear tires) They are the wrong size, but the tiny front tires make for tight circles, and the big back tires make a lot of smoke. The speedo seems to be pretty accurate with those tires. The running gear/driveline is in real good shape. I serviced the trans, diff, axles, shafts, brakes, bearings, replaced broken mounts, bolts. The motor is from my 83, just after rebuilding it w/out jet valves, balance shafts... Freshly rebuilt 16g turbo, TB/Fuel injection rebuilt/flowed. Mechanically speaking its in very good shape. At this point, ive put a lot of time, effort and money into a car that I only bought to keep from getting crushed, and hopefully make someone happy, and a few bucks in the process. What have you guys done that has worked for you? Having too many cars has caused me grief, and Im real sorry that I bought this car, Its just keeping from driving my car, and costing me money. What I would like to know, is: What has anyone else done that has worked for them? Its not working out for me, and I am very frustrated. If I cant sell the car at my cost, what else can I do to try to recover my losses? How much can I get for parts? how long will it take to sell the parts, and have the car crushed? If I part it out, It wont be drivable, and I'll have to have it towed to a scrapyard, so I would probably need to sell stuff fast. Is there some way I could use the car to make money? (sorry, im too old for getaway driver, something more legals in order...)

Im in Eugene Oregon. This car was originally black with red interior, now its blue and green with red interior. Mods: Clutch-Fan,JVEK,BSEK,AC delete,lo-buck FCD,new speakers. Website for the car/rebuild https://sites.google.com/site/1986starion/ I also have about 500 pictures of the car here: https://plus.google.com/photos/102108211058800240055/albums/5436082381246068705 I just posted a couple pictures of the car after putting on a bunch of bare metal parts. I bought the car off a guy on craigslist. He says he's been garaging it for 10 years, but never got around to fixing it. He got it from someone that drove it in california for 10 years. It had about 127k miles, it was in pretty rough shape. Believe it or not, I've spent over $4,000 on this car, just to make it reliable, and almost stock. I did the FCD last fall, and have pretty much wrecked the turbo (stock 12a). It will still boost to 1 bar, but I know that cartridge is ********. I've ordered new parts and will build a new turbo when parts arrive. The car does have some small dings, but no major dents (but there is a mystery spot by the gas tank, I found bondo when I accidentally scratched the paint) The only rust on the car is on the old messed up bare metal panels I've recently put on the car, I still have all the original panels too. The tires on the car are totally the wrong size, and they are old, and just generally suck, I shouldnt have bought them. The only real appeal the tires have is the rears look thick, and probably last for many burnouts. There is a whole I burned (battery acid) in the back seat when a battery tipped over, The drivers seat is pretty worn, and stitching has ripped. The steering wheel leather is worn prettymuch too, but its all stock, and everywhere else, its in good shape. I painted much of the rubber/vinyl with vinyl dye, but the front bumper, and spoilers its didnt take too well, and is flaking off. Right now I have it in flatty front fenders, and all bare metal, but those are just spare parts I have, if you want stripped bare panels, I could throw some in to sweeten the deal.
