  2. Would you be interested in a 91 Talon TSi turbo AWD auto and need a tranny computer. It has 140k runs good turbo uses a little oil, but I have another 13G turbo with only 20k miles that goes with the car.   4. Was pulled out at 110k, Engine died in car and cost to much to fix so im selling the trans. Tranny worked fine before it was pulled. Pick it up or I can calculate shiping to your location. If yea wanna see pics just leave me your email address.
  5. I have a 88 quest engine for sale. Its a factory rebuild with only 8000 miles on it. I have put a new AMC marnel non-jet head on it with ARP head bolts and MLS steel head gasket and new valve cover and exhaust gaskets. Engine is very clean and runs great, turbo is stock with 130K on it but doesnt leak any oil or have to much shaft play. I'm asking 900 obo for the engine, I have many other parts I am selling also.   6. Talked to Otis recently and he had 50 sets made for our cars. I paid 295.00 for mine, price is a little higher cause of the custom ordered springs, When I was there he had 2 sets left and he had lowered the price cuasee he is trying to get rid of them. He's hard to get ahold of now. He has a Job somewhere else and isnt ever at the shop till tike 5 or 6 after they close. So email him or yea have to call him and leave a message and your #
  7. I have a factory rebuilt motor with 8,000 miles on it and is only 2 years old. Im selling the motor with everything on it, turbo and intake,also includes a MAF translator and a 3" GM MAS, 1.6 roller tip rockers"plus the origanl rockers", Taylor 8.5mm wires,MSD blaster 2 coil. I wont be needing the auto trany any more, OD doesnt work not sure why havent looked into it, Trans is included unless yea dont want it. $1000 if yea have any questions just ask.
  8. I want to put a 350 and a t-5 trans, I just need to know what i need to do to get it all in there and what i have to modify. Hopefully theres someone thats done this swap or close to.
  9. I bought them from midwest turbo $300. Even if they were remade for our cars I dont think they sit right. The back is good but the front springs dont lower it enough. On the other hand they ride great and really improve the quests handling.
  10. I'll have to look up the part # on the spring, that should tell me. Look on eibach.com they dont make lowering springs for our cars. The box they came in was a newer box so.... I wanna find out what these springs go on.
  11. this guy has been selling them on ebay for a while now. He needs to get his facts straight and stop ripping off quest owners. Even if yea do have the roller cam these still wont work properly without thiner valve spring retainers. If yea talk to Otis at midwest turbo he can tell yea how you can use LS1 rocker arms. I wouldnt even bother with the minivan rocker the guy is selling on ebay.
  12. Installed them the other day. Lowered back about 2" and front about 1". I look these springs up and they go to another car with a simular strut. Eibach never made lowering springs for a quest. I dont know if any of yea seen it, but there was like a 4 page article and a front page headline about a Conquest, it was called "Going On a Quest" It was in Modified Magazine i think it was May 2006 issue, I got one that im saving just cause it was great to see a conquest in one of the biggest tuner magazines out there.

Im looking at other motors to swap in my quest, all i am sure about so far is i am gonna us a t-5 out of a camaro or somthing and for motors im lookin at a grand prix gtp, twin turbo 350, or leaving g54b and just doing all the work to get the 350-400hp i want. The tt350 is gonna have more power than i need and i'll proly just end up with a nose heavy muscle car so that motor is pretty much out of the question.

  17. Theres a guy on ebay selling 1.6 roller tip rockers and claims they work great and add horsepwer and will work fine on a stock conquest. I bought a pair and installed them and I lost power and top end. Plus my valve springs chater loader than ever. Found out there maxing out the valve springs and so on. I mad a phone call to Otus at Midwestturbo and talked to him for a while and basically to get the best out of them it takes some machine work and money. Dont believe me or want to know more call Otus at midwestturbo (563-370-9077). He'll tell you all you need to know.
  18. You can us a head spacer to lower your compression. Do your math so you know how thick to make it, make it out of steel and you wont ever blow it out just the sealer and thats a cheap fix. Lowering the comp means your just replacing it with boost just leave it and run a little less boost with a better head gasket.
