Well at least you got it fixed along with some new parts. 😏

Welcome. A good rule of thumb is get the car running good before increasing performance. Maintenance before modifications.
-
Usually when a vehicle dies only when turning in one direction it is a grounding issue. I would start with the ignition switch and work your way down.

Welcome. Great to see that car is still around.

Check you injector pigtails

The only way to know for sure if the car is running too rich is installing a wideband 02 sensor.

Some refer to them as Gland Nuts.

Welcome to the club!

I have a set of metric crowfoot flare wrenches. I'm replacing it with a braided steel flex line so I'm not too worried about the re-install, mainly getting to the fitting on top of the steering box. I'll probably just cut the old line out in sections to remove it easier. Wish me luck guys!

I'm looking at tackling my leaky power steering pressure line soon. Do I have to remove the master cylinder to gain better access to the fitting where it goes into the steering gearbox? It's a tight fit in there and I definitely do not want to round the fitting out.

Great video. It's so satisfying to watch them clean cars like that!

Great question ^. I'd buy one today if it were available readily.
Not enough demand, like most Starquest stuff.

These cars have what's called an ECI relay. It's mounted above the ecu behind the passenger side kick panel.

how is this guy still in business?
It's only a matter of time. The DSM guys have been having issues with him too.

Thanks. It's months from being needed so I'm in no hurry. Can you 3D print wiper cowls too? 😁 They seem ok now, but apparently are prone to breaking.

Very nice!

Not sure about other Mitsubishi models. The factory one has long been discontinued MB337860.

I thought it was just me and broken links from days gone by. Glad to see I'm not alone.
I would usually be in the garage right now, but even with the heat cranking it's only 42 out there.
Happy Saturday all! I
Tell me about it. It's been frigid here in Texas too. Way too cold to tinker in the garage.

I've noticed that too.

I've had good luck with white lithium grease spray.

Bump old thread...
is a new tape guide mb472629 going to be available anywhere?, or not worth searching?
Highly doubtful. More than likely get a good used one from a parts car.
Front strut KYB cartridge loose after tightening?

I believe the SHP strut housings are a little taller than the non-SHP housings since they weren't designed to be replaced with a cartridge.
