Not that Ive seen a million pumps but my buddys wifes heat wasnt working. We did the heater core, hoses, temp switch, and finally the pump last night. Nothing like throwing parts at a problem but I wish we would have started here lol. The car didnt overheat or show any signs of a bad pump but it was pretty obvious when we pulled it off. Its a 99 Sable and they must have an issue with internal block rusting...

The lesson here: Any design or modification that requires the use of ANY amount of JB needs to go back to the drawing board. Using it for mock-up is one thing, using it for a finished product is hack.

Gotta post a price (high price + obo is acceptable) but cant post as "best offer".

R2-D2 is that you??

Its all about conditioning. Being in MN, we are certainly used to the snow but the below zero temps have sucked. It was 20 today and I found myself driving with my window down thinking it was actually warm today lol. A set of dedicated winter tires/wheels makes even the worst days easy.

Chris, can you please delete your posts instead of filling my thread with nonsense?

Give me a week for some local interest and if not we can work something out. Keep in mind the cost of packaging as well...
-
Honestly, shipping would be close to $150 or more. If I dont get any interest locally we can talk.
There is a button on your keyboard called "caps lock". Please press it once.
-
Not shipping them unless you make an offer I cant refuse.

Looking for a local sale due to the pain and cost of packing/shipping.
88-89 straight line cloth seats. Amazing condition. Very little fading and just a very small amount of seam separation on the passenger shoulder. I fixed it with some cloth glue and its basically a non issue. The passenger side seat track would also need to be swapped with what your removing. I tried my best to modify it to go back as far as the driver seat and in the process "modified" beyond repair. $200 for the pair.
OEM Hood insulator- brand new in the original Mitsubishi plastic. I believe I have a set of the circular clips that were zinc plated I will include. $100
Ive got pics floating around but if your serious Id be glad to take more.
Buy both and Ill knock $50 off.
Thanks for looking!

Even easier... glad I could help. In your first post I believe you stated .0238 but I mase the assumption the 0 was a typo.

If you have an f40 you can do whatever you want to it and still be cool. Let that be a lesson to all of you!

Just need a reamer and an undersized drill(say .015ish smaller than finish size). Drill the underzied hole and switch to the reamer. Half the speed, twice the feed with the reamer. It should follow your predrilled hole so take time with that.
Here you go Shelby, $8 for a .238 reamer shipped. Undersized drill doesnt have to be exactly .015 smaller, just in the ballpark. Use a moly oil when reaming.
-
I second the reamer. A drill will give you a hole thats +\- .003 or so at best.

Good stuff. Love the swaps...

If they are only installed with two sided tape and require you to change/reinstall to clean the window, I would see that as a negative.

Bad link.

Wayne was always helpful to me with parts and, most importantly, knowledge and insight. RIP Wayne "Professor Quest".
