cyberquest, maybe thats why i miss my quest so bad....82 granader 200 c.i.,a whole whopping 78 horsres i think. Come on spring... Granader will get a v-8 swap this year tho. :hmm3grin2orange: Turborusty, you know what they say.... three strikes your OUT.. j/k jeff

Fanta.... correct,kinda....... SC1. they dont allow DOHC in the class we were running. just SOHC had a blast running it. To bad there wasnt any pay out for our class..fun but kinda costy coming out of our pockets. SOHC mild rebuild, 5speed trans(SC2 trans better gearing :hmm3grin2orange: ) was a riot.get up and move pretty good later jeff -

ya,those are hood pins....my bad.Hood cable broke rite after i bought her. Had to get to work.Didnt know abot sites for our cars til AFTER the cable broke.Figures right.lol

been talking to gtxthunder the past week or so about some rims,the transaction was great. very quick to respond to p/m i sent. everything went smoothly and quick. If I remember correctly, the spring was attached closes towards the steering wheel.The other end of spring (that was layin there) I attached to a bracket. been fine for the last 2yrs hope it helps jeff

mine was just unhooked. It was just layin there. found a spot that it looked liked it belonged there. 1st attempt it came off,2nd attemped(hooked different spot) been on there ever since

my 88 did the same thing.took apart steering colum,there was a spring in there .rehooked it and haven't had a problem since 8)
