I am selling my 1986 Dodge Conquest TSI. It is Red in Color with Black cloth interior. The paint is faded (needs to be buffed out). The car runs pretty good. It has some rust around the rear wheel wells. It needs the emergency brake cables installed (I have the cables and parts). It also needs a new exhaust systems. The car has been in my garage for the last 4 years. It has 111,000 + miles. $1000 or B.O. 908 294 0012

It runs the same. Runs well with the key off. Wiring looks good from my perspective, but that's coming from a amature.

Hello all, I have what I believe to be a unique problem. I can start my car with the ignition with no trouble, but when I turn the key to the off position the car(engine) does not turn off. it does however turn off the power to all of the acc and other things connected to the ignition but engine still runs. I had a mechanic check it out and he told me that it was the ignition switch, so I bought a used ignition assembly when I hooked it up the problem was still there. HAs anyone seen this before or have any ideas what wrong?

I will try draining the fuel. Whats the best way to drain the fuel?

Hey guys, I have a 86 TSI. THe car ran ok two years ago but has been sitting in my garage and has not been started for over 2years. I just tried to start is and it cranks and begins to fire up but them runs really ruff. it won't idle on its own and when I try to give it gas it sputters and revs and then tries to die. If I feather the pedal I can keep i running ( reallly ruff). if I try to let it idle it cuts off or if I give it to much gas it cuts off. I need help. I am a novice and want to know if there are any Experts in or near New Jersey who want to help me get this car running again? I am will to pay and help. I live in Central Jersey. Any Mechanics out there will to help me?
