I know this is old but the thread u started on supra forums contained a ton a great information. The drawing was especially helpful. I am in the middle of doing the swap (my first swap) and I'm attempting it completely on my own. The wiring had me a bit baffled so any info I can find is extremely helpful. Thanks

Finally got the roller home. In worse shape then I thought but manageable. Just need a few more things before I'm ready to drop motor in (fly wheel and r154 bell hsg).

If you have pockets full of money it won't slow u down at all. If Ur like me and are scrounging around for play money then yes, it's gonna set u back a awhile. In the long run it'll be worth it and save u from doing the work twice. In case I missed it, what are u doing for a trans mount?

Cool thanks. Ordered from nopi...got a call this afternoon informing me that the pressure plate was 5 weeks out. They gave me an in stock clutch master pp that runs 675 for 531...(the cost of the competition with tax). managed to rig the garage for 220v so I can run the welding machine from work here. Unfortunately I still don't have that roller. Pretty slow progress.

What radiator is that? It seems smaller than the mk3 rad I got. Either way I am going to struggle to get this fan to work. On mine there is only a 2" overlap at the bottom which isn't that big a deal but with the thickness of this fan it may not work. Again I have a spare mk8 shroud minus motor and blade and separate blade I can send u no charge for u to mock/cut up. However looking at the pic it doesn't seem it's going to work.

As for the Procharged Mach, before the whipple I had a Procharger on mine running 11psi it made 487 to the wheels on the stock motor. I miss that pc sound. Nothing like it.

btw, that larger oil filter they sale for 6.50 plus shipping is the same filter for the tundra v8's. Part # is 90915YZZD3. Its cheaper at the autoparts and/or ebay. Im not knocking dm, but their shipping is a little high sometimes. I also see these on ebay for about 20 bucks shipped for about 4-5 filters.

Very cool. I am also saving a conquest that has been sitting (outdoors) for about 7 years. Damn car doesnt know how lucky it is. Are you going with dual 12" fans? The MK 8 fan will not fit.
