  1. This is for our stock (g54b/4gXX wideblock) bolt pattern? BR already makes the torque converters and some other stuff for fitting this trans to a 4g narrowblock. Hmmmmm...
  2. Yeah, I could meet you some where. Only if you'll compensate me for part of my fuel expense.
  3. I guess this woould be good for a local person to pick up.
  4. At the moment I'm not really doing anything to my 'Quest until I finish my Galant VR4 project. So I'm not really looking for any StarQuest parts unless you have some of the hard to find stuff.
  5. Just the actual shipping to your address is $80. I have to get a pallet, cut it down to size, secure and wrap the block/crank so when it gets to you it isn't damage. Then after that its still just sitting on my garage floor until I take it to be shipped to you. I think a $100 for shipping is fare to both you and me. I'd rather spend the extra time and effort to make sure it will get to you in a safely and timely manner. -John-
  6. This is a 4g64 wideblock 7-BOLT for sale (block/crank). $145 + shipping
  7. Well, consider yourself fortunate, because that doesn't happen offen.
  8. Just keep in mind that these are rare motors to find. In the last year and a half this is only the third WIDEBLOCK motor I could find. The other two were: 1) g63b 2.0 6-bolt wideblock in a '87 Mitsu p/up auto. This one had a big gapping hole in the side of the block. 2) 4g64 2.4 7-bolt wideblock from a '92 D50. This one I got figuring I could sell cheaper because it wasn't the desirable 6-bolt block. If these motor were readily available more would be used in StarQuest.
  9. What your zip? So I can give you a price.
  10. I've possibly got a chance to get this motor from one of my co-workers. His brother has a 1991 Mighty Max Ext. Cab 5sp sitting in his yard not running though. This should be a 6-BOLT and it measure out to be a Wideblock. I measured between the top 2 trans bolts: about 5-1/2". The motor/trans are still in the truck I don't want to pull it unless there is some real interest in it.
  11. This block came out of a '93 dodge pickup. Production date was late '92. This is a 2.4 4G64 wideblock 7-BOLT.
  12. Cost, very expensive and not for everyone. With a stock T5 probably around $2200. If you want the stronger gears add another $1500 or so depending on options. The T-5's that came in the fox bodied ('79-'93) 5.0 5spd Mustangs can still be had rather cheaply in the yards if your patient and do a little searching. Summit Racing sells a Ford Racing super duty T-5 for a little over $1000. That's not to expensive.
  13. If shipped to a business it will be about $100 through FedEx ground 3 business days.
  14. $300. I still have to pull it and make sure its useable.
