It was a converted stock manifold by top end. Has stress cuts between runners, so there is less chance of it from cracking. It now takes a Garret type turbo mount. It was also ported out by them for better flow. Steve

Here is the story. Had the Turbonetecs T3/T4 (Topend kit) installed and ran great! Later, started to run PIG Rich. So, I wen't for a MPI setup with a computer. Found out that what happened was that I riped the inter cooler open at one of the mounts. Got "Chad's intake", Mustang TB and Injectors. Never could get my computer to take the timing right, so never ran it. Now I am parting it out cheep. Don't have time because of work for this car. Any tips to geeting a good seal on the injectors for chads intake? I am using mustang O-rings on the injectors and e clips on the injectors for the fuel rail to rest on. I have changed the number 4 injector O ring 2 times and still leaks. Steve Gee

Hey folks, I did some digging in a local yard and found a distributor from a 90 Galant 4g63 SOHC (2.0) it was about 1/4" ish longer than the stock distributor. The shaft seems to be the same diameter at the top ECT. So you might need to shim it a bit. The top seems to be a bit taller than the stock, so if I was to use it with Chad's intake, I would have to use it for timing only. The cap would interfere with the intake. I am not sure about interference with the mega. This also has 4 wires going directly into the distributor in the bottom. The color code seems to match with the colt diagram above. I also found a shorter tower distributor in a 91, but the nut was frozen and I did not have a good box end wrench with me. I was un-able to get it out, but it uses a flat connector to the base of the distributor tower. It was also a 4g63 SOHC. I also found one like the first in a Hyndi. The 1.5,1.8,2.4 have the coil integrated into the to of the cap. A possible way to go if you want to use that coil. Steve Gee 88 ESIR
