  1. Put me down for a grey hat with red stitching........Starion of course. Is there going to be anything on the back? I was thinking ESI R on the adjustable strap.
  2. Very interested. Will the final product work with Kelly's pipes, 3" exhaust, and let's say a 16 or 19G?
  3. Please. brian.anthony.garcia@us.army.mil
  4. Well for your information, I came upon this custom rim place by accident. I went to a shop that used to be an auto acceserory store looking for parts for my new truck and discovered it was replaced with this custom rim shop. I was looking for some serious positive responses so that I could take them to the guy and show him that we were serious but as usual, I ended up getting a few of you guys that believe it's all talk so thanks to a few of you and your negative posts I will no longer be trying to do a gp and just get my own made. I will not walk into a shop and show someone negative and attitude feedback and ask for a gp. Sorry to anyone else who wanted more info on this. Mods, can you please remove this gp.
  5. Well with only 47 post to your name obviously you don't understand how hard it is to get gp buys started on a vehicle that is between 19 and 25 years old. I said earlier in the thread that I was going to try and get some pics this week but things have been a little hectic for me being that I just got back from a year deployment to Afghanistan. Either way, I'm getting a set of his rims I was just trying to give back a little for all the help that I have received from here.
  6. Remember, these prices also include Toyo Proxes T1R's. As for gp pricing, like I said before......I'm trying to see what kind of interest there is and then I'm going back to the shop this week and pulling up this thread so the shop can see the interest. At that point the shop and I will talk numbers.
  7. I'm going back to the shop this week and if the weather is good I'll be taking the Mitsu. and I'll get some pics and post them. As far as getting them without the tires, I don't think that would be a problem at all.
  8. I don't think so. But like I said, that figure he said was on the high side with just a single purchase. As soon as I see some more responses then I'm going back to the shop and I'll show him the post and we will go from there.
  9. Found a local shop today that makes custom rims with the proper off-set and finished how you want. They can do 16, 17, 18, 19, & 20's with a width from 7-10. They come with the new Toyo TR 1's mounted and balanced. They are supposed to be the best Toyo made. The guy told me worst case scenerio with a huge rim and tire would be $3000.00 for the set at a single purchase. Most sets go for $2000.00 for a single purchase. He said if we get enough interest he would do a GP. I'm going to go his shop next week and get pics of the rims he can do and post them. How many people would be interested?
  10. Hehe...funny thing is, I knew that Weedeater was you but it took me until Apr. 5th before it donned on me what it meant..... I felt pretty stupid after that  Turborusty I didn't even know it was Burton much less understood what Weedeater meant but you guys still have me laughing my A@# off. Now that I'm back in the good old USA, I can get to work on the Mitsu.
  11. Starion88esir, Indiana, burton, and Casey_L: I have to thank you guys for that great laugh you all gave me. I've been in Afghanistan for the last year and now after 3 airplane engine failures I've been stuck in this hole in the wall country called Kyrgystan trying to get back home. I really appreciated that.
  12. Matt, Very interested!!!! Where in NY are you? I'll be back in Long Island in about a week. Pics would really be great.
  13. Hey Alan, I've been waiting to hear from you forever about getting 1 of your vc, what happened? Anyway, I'm still interested in 1 of your vc, heat shields, and anything else that you are willing to polish. As far as the UV coating goes, how much extra would it be and is that to help resist the heat? I've heard of other people polishing thier heat shields but they didn't last because of the heat coming off of the turbo. I'm getting ready to come back to the states and I really need any and all polished parts I can get to go with my chrome hard pipes. Thanks, Brian
  14. To send a turbo with polished housing it will cost another $50.00 to do so.It's up to you. Regards, Heron Trilogy Turbos Can you guys polish the housing? If so, how much am I looking at to get your big 16 polished and with me sending in my core? Thanks
  15. My wife said I received mine but I won't be able to see them for 2 more weeks. Man I can't wait to get home. Thanks again Otis. What's the chance of gettine Koni to do a GP on a set of thier adjustables?
  16. Hey, I'm very intersted in this but I have a couple of questions. I want to get the housing polished out and was wondering if it would be better for me to take my turbo apart and have my housing polished then send it to you or just have the housing polished while the turbo is complete? Did that make sense?
