Hey guys Life has taken a change from loosing my work space to starting a business I dont think I will have time to visit my MPI manifold project so its for sale for some one to finish I will try and get some recent pictures but this is what I have so far https://picasaweb.google.com/104468856857940425738/G54BMPI?authkey=Gv1sRgCLreicmc6OWH-wE The Flange was water cut and has a DSM 60mm tbi flange welded onto the plenum I will try and find some pictures of it.... Basically needs injector bungs added and misc vacuum ports and such.... I have several hours into it just like to recover some material costs and not have to find a place to store it. Mike

seems like a lot of different opioins, Mine was surfaced and is straight just not cut the webbing.... what is the theory behind cutting the webbing?

hey guys just piecing togeather some stuff for a turbo swap on a mighty max and have read that its important to use the exh manifold brace but i have never seen one so wondering where it fits? mike

hey guys i know its pretty common practice to cut the webbing between the ports on the exhaust manifold but has any one ever had problems with it??? I know on my truck na manifold I cut the webbing and once i took it off afterwards it sprung to such a nasty shape the bolt holes where so off it would not fit back on. This is just s tock build so i was thinking just leave the webbing, the manifold is almost perfect straight and i am really goood for letting my engine warm up and cool down.

Starion TPS upgrade instructions 1 - remove old TPS and cut off plug leaving enough wire to work with to connect to new tps. 2 - Match up wires on tps, the mazda colors are as follows -Black and red is ground -Blue and Yellow is signal -Green and red is power 3 - use some pliers to "squish" the mazda tps metal actuator slot so it fits snug on the starion plastic tps actuator ut still able to move on it. 4 - Remove plastic TPS actuator arm from starion tbi unit and trim approx 1mm off the top so it will fit into the new adapter and rotate freely, then reinstall on TBI 5 - Use supplied foam and cut a small piece to fit in the bottom of of the TBI unit where the small opening. 6 - Bolt on TPS adapter plate using supplied allen bolts. Optional for extra water and dust tightness you can use a small amount of silicone between the adapter and the starion TBI Unit. 7 - I available use a small amount of brake lube to lube the oring to aid in adjusting TPS. 8 - Install TPS with the oring between the adapter and your new TPS. Do not over tighten the tps mounting nuts....you may cause damage to the tps just snug past the point you can't turn the tps 9 - Adjust TPS as per FSM just a update if anyone has missed it from the first page

Interested buyer but don't know a whole lot about cams....Where in my power range would this make the most difference?

For me going to megasquirt I needed a port to hook up a high idle valve for our cold Chadian winters and a added side effect was a better smother running engine...also adds a little volume to the non existent plenum we have... I am looking for fifty plus shipping which basically covers the aluminum.. No idea about hood clearance cause I had it installed in a pick up.. If it rubs you could always space the hood hinges up

Fir sale a throttle body spacer I built and used on my starion tbi that I had on a mighty max pick up that was tbi converted. Spacer is 1 inch thick aluminum with a port in the side that was used with a high idle pwm valve that can be plugged if nit needed.
