  1. Xtreme Industries: Power windows, door locks, heat, lights all work. Pop-up headlight plugs/motors are disconnected as I preffered the E36 foglight look, 6000k HID's are well bright enough for night driving. (pics in first posting above) Driver tail light does have minor crack on outter edge. Due to pillar mounted guages, the seatbelt fuse was removed to avoid the obvious banging into them on retract when door is opened. The lap portion of 5 point harness is bolted down in between seat slider and body of car, while shoulder is connected to welded bracket on rear strut tower bar. As probably noticed in rear pic above, car is registered in Florida where there is NO inspection. So that "pass inspection ?" question really depends on where you are. Will gladly snap your requested pics as soon as I can . . Camera on my phone keeps taking fuzzy shots for some reason (being taken car of at Verizon Wireless store) Convette: I have 17mm spacer up front, and 38mm in rear. Thanks for your compliment brother . .although I should say that YOUR CAR played a huge role on my choice of these size spacers, from various photos you posted on this forum. EXCEPTIONAL job on your build man. Appreciate your all your input even though you never said a word (if that makes sense, LOL) DNC-400EX: Sorry man, will only trade for cold hard cash
  2. Xtreme Industries : Would need the complete wiper assembly from a donor car. Only item I have is the actual wiper motor. Originally had a filter similar to this on there: 4inch inlet, . .yet short enough to clear the cam gears and that top radiator pipe (check engine bay pic above) http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/AirFilter_zpsfe5d9890.jpg Problem was intense heat kept melting the rubber portion where belt clamp goes. Could've made a sharp angled pipe clamped in between turbo-to-filter . . But just opted for the 4 inch velocity stack instead. And the two rust spots: Passenger side rear http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/20130103_163010_zpseba169f4.jpeg Passenger side door http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/20130103_163209_zpsf5df1ae0.jpeg
  3. Thanks for all the compliments fellas . . Appreciate your words. But to answer the only question so far, (TexasQuest) . . After this factory longblock rebuild, quite honestly the car has never seen a dyno. At 18 psi, she FEELS only around the upper 200 to low 300hp range. This average is soley based on the 8 or 9 6bolt FWD/AWD 1st/2nd Gen Talons/Eclipses, to 4G63 swapped Colt GT, etc . . I've owned and modded over the years. From Dave Bushur's or MHI 20G's . .to the old school Frankenstein level 5 and 6 (if some of you 'mature' guys remember this company, lol) . . to FP Green/Red series turbos. Its a rough estimate, sorry don't have specific numbers
  4. Whats up fellas . . . Well life has thrown me a curve ball (sorta speak), where decisions have to be made. As I'm sure more than half of the mature crowd on this forum have been at some point, regrettably this involves having to sell a materialistic possession that has slowly grown into an emotional attachment . . My Project Car. Engine: -1990 6bolt 4G63 motor: complete factory rebuild, all gaskets and timing components (belt/idler pulley/tensioner, waterpump etc) -1 OEM rubber engine mount. 1 polyurethane (both are just too much teeth shattering vibration) -Custom bracket made, Ingalls 'STIFFY' adjustable engine torque damper -Magnus Motorsports lightened pulley kit -Fidanza flywheel (steel backing plate). -ACT 6 puck sprung disk, 2900lb pressure plate -Top mount T3 tubular manifold -Bullseye Power S259 extended tip, 55 A/R 4 bolt stainless steel exhaust housing -Polished turbo exhaust housing heatshield -Stainless oil feed line -Authentic Tial 40mm wastegate -Complete 3 inch exhaust to Apexi N1 muffler (heat wrapped downpipe) with TWO glasspacks (noticeable reduction on the noise factor) -2 1/2 inch intercooler plumbing (extremely short route). Literally two actual pipes: Charge pipe and intake pipe, no silicone hose in between. Easy removal -Authentic SPEARCO custom made intercooler -Authentic (2) Greddy type S blow off valves (both sides of the intercooler) -Aluminum radiator/electric slim fan. 180 degree thermostat -All coolant aluminum 1 1/2 inch piping with rubber connections (efficient cooling and again easy removal) -Oil catch can -Vaccum distribution block -Shaved valvecover, powdercoated candy blue/polished aluminum spark plug cover -Be Cool front mounted oil cooler (-8AN stainless lines) -Remote oil filter relocation kit (uses Mustang filter). Figure more oil, so why not a bigger filter -8AN fuel lines directly from Bosch high flow fuel pump -Denso 660cc injectors -Aeromotive adjustable fuel regulator -New ignition coil pack -Alternator relocation kit with new high 110 AMP alternator Drivetrain: -88 5 Speed trans -Stedebani short shifter -Polyurethane Transmission/rear differential mounts -New clutch slave cylinder -New starter -Newly balanced/rotated driveshaft and U-joints Interior/Electronics: -HKS VPC/Apexi S-AFC combo piggybacks (old school I know, but it works) -Autometer Carbon Fiber series guages: Boost/Oil Pressure/Water Temp/Voltage -AEM UEGO Wideband (mounted in stock boost guage location on cluster) -Authentic SPARCO Steering wheel -Tenzo R driver seat (reclinable) -Radiator fan override switch (Fan comes on by itself, but just safety precaution) Suspension/Wheels: -D2 Coilovers, 36 way adjustable (height, ride, camber) -Front/Rear strut tower bar -New lower sway bar D-bushings -Crossed driller/slotted rotors, OEM brake pads -XXR 527 Wheels (concave/dish look). 17x10 Front, 18x10 Rear New -Ichiba Front +Rear hubcentric wheels spacers (nicley stanced) Miscellaneous: -ABS plastic air diversion panel (cleans up engine bay significantly) -Hood strut kit -Custom 3 slit cool air/turbo inlet hood vent -BMW E36 style foglights. mounted on lower airdam. Factory fog button powers these with HID 6000k bulbs -Battery relocation kit, with external cutoff switch The Good: -Car pulls hard ! These Bullseye turbos going into boost has a very distinct sound. New owner will be very pleased -Suspension setup makes car feel very tight -Heat like the Sahara desert -Car overall is pretty clean. Interior 9.5 out of 10. Exterior is 8 The Bad: -No power steering/air conditioning -Wipers deleted. (This car is NEVER driven in rain or snow due to "hood vents" (pictures will make it clear why) -Fenders need to be rolled -Could use a wheel alignment The Ugly: -Paint is peeling in few spots -Two rust spots *Have owned and tastefully modded this car over a period of 8 years. There are no weird smells, noises or any funny business. *Would love to keep this in the immediate StarQuest community. 5. Great communication and a man of his word . . . no games . . . no bull
  6. Sup Fellas . . . I'm on the hunt for a new set of these suckers http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/Mounts.jpg Anyone who has a pair let me know -Thanks
  7. This can easily be modified to look more like this . . if the buyer prefers the "angled look" http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/DSC03313.jpg The only rear pic of my ride I have at the moment reading this post . . snapped a few weeks ago
  8. Been talkin' back & forth with nycain bout the trip . . just might be rollin' down with him and taeisallin Working nights last few weeks, no more sick-days left . . might just have to call in dead, lol
  9. Hey thanks for the compliments fellas . . Yes I'm running spacers: Ichiba Version 2 17mm front 38mm rear *Must admit just the concept of a wheel spacer has always been a verrrrrry touchy and skeptical subject for me But while gradually going through the gears and up in mph, paying attention for any weird sounds or vibrations . . I look down only to read 110mph on my speedo, LOL No issues whatsoever
  10. Funny you posted this specific question . . Installed only bout a month now XXR 527 17x9.75 front . . 18x9.75 rear Not necessarliy staggered, because any width size less than the 9.75 in these wheels are more flat . .as I wanted the 'concave' look all around http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/DSC03317.jpg http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/DSC03311.jpg http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/DSC03313.jpg http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/DSC03309.jpg http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/DSC03310.jpg http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/FogLights1.jpg
  11. As long as they're HUBCENTRIC and properly torqued . . you should have no problems. I'm running these on my front + rear with no funny squeeks, rattles, vibrations on a 17" and 18" combo
  12. My initial math was wrong. After mounting new wheels, they were too far 'into' the body for my taste. Correct size already ordered.
  13. -Ichiba Version II 30mm aluminum wheel spacers -Hubcentric to our cars (67.1mm) Ordered . . recieved . . and installed only to find these were the wrong size. These were literally on my car for 48hours, so slight scuffs/scratches from test fitting and torqing down to get her off the jackstands before sundown. Pics speak for themselves http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/WheelSpacers1.jpg http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/WheelSpacers2.jpg http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/WheelSpacers3.jpg http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/WheelSpacers4.jpg Asking $140
  14. Tman . . Thats what I did for the battery relocation to trunk years ago (just the way u described it). But will double check Metric-man . . Its a 5 speed, 1990 6bolt 4G63 ecu, and no tach adapter just the 90' coil pack Lance_S . . Good suggestion ! will check that tommorrow also
  15. Have had a running and driving 4G63 swap now for over 6 years with few & far in between break downs. I'm convinced my barber should no longer charge me the same amount he usually does, because I've been pulling my hair out for just shy of a week trying to figure out why my car won't start. I've read dam near every "Starter Issue" . ."Funny One Click Sound" . . and "She just won't turn over" related post dating back from 2008 in my search to figure out why after all I've checked, changed, double checked and went BALD . . I simply cannot get this thing to start in a consistent manner. Plain + simple . . I swing the ignition key all I get is CLICK. After installing a new starter and torqing it down, same thing. . CLICK. I backed out the two bolts about 3 rotations (thinking could be a bendix/drivegear alignment problem) and SHE TURNED OVER. Slowly began re-tightening all while going back&forth to ignition key with each turn of the bolts just to make sure, and engine turned over each time. . .completely tight and it worked !! Let idle for 30 minutes (with a very consistent 14.5 volts) . .shut it off then tried to restart . . CLICK With the search engine feature, and help of long time friend DieHARDmitsu on this forum, this is what I've done so far: -Fully charged Optima battery -Brand new battery terminals -THOROUGHLY cleaned/sanded existing grounds and even added one more -Changed all four fusible links and that single blade connector going to starter itself -Removed IGN fusible link wire, and metered 0.2 ohm resistance blade to blade I'm ssssstumped !! Any sort of input would highly be appreciated as I'm searching the internet for the best Rogaine price. -Thanks Fellas

I'm in Staten Island (closer to the OutterBridge Crossing) http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/Driveshaft1.jpg http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/Driveshaft4.jpg http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/Driveshaft2-1.jpg http://i398.photobucket.com/albums/pp69/turbojace/Driveshaft3.jpg
