I have a tb rebuild kit coming in tomorrow so it's all coming apart and gone through when I close my regulator at idle all the way down I'm only getting 38 ish psi I feel like if I'm cranking the regulator in all the way I should be pretty much dead heading the pump and the pressure should be much higher but I'll take it all apart this weekend and let you know what I find never though about taking the barrel connectors apart and looking inside I've replaces the injector pig tails and the injectors are maybe 6 months old
  3. I pulled the pump screen out when I first got it and if it was the isc wouldn't it idle bad even in backup mode and I can hear it jog when I turn the key on
  4. Could also be a leaky tb I did a compression test and had 120 100 120 120

Injectors have been cleaned and tested from rock auto I also had a set of new trilogys tried those same thing so I put air pressure with a regulator to the top hat it had a replacement fpr I found at 35 psi of air it smooths out so I changed it out with another regulator and it did the same until I put air to it so my guess is the pump is weak or I have to bad regulators but one of them us a year old and is oem

So lately my car has been running bad it's been lagging out terribly and idles terrible sometimes dies at stop lights it idles that bad tries reseting the isc and tps and nothing changed I found that when I unplug the maf the idle smooths out fine so I replaced the maf and nothing changed its not giving me a trouble code for the maf I don't get it I'm guessing my fuel pressure is to low but I haven't cut in a Guage yet hoping there's some small thing I'm missing

Yes that's what I'm looking for us there a write up for the wiring and yes I'm not sure how much yet but I already have an hks evc installed which is quite a dangerous thing I've found out but my top end had arp studs and an adjusa hg I just need have a fuel system that can keep up the factory one couldn't with the 16g I currently have in it I'm trying to do this the least expensive I can without going to cheap
  8. So I'm going to pickup an mx6 intake and make an adapter plate for it I plan on running a minisquirt setup and rebuilding the engine while I'm at I have a few things yet to figure out. I need to know where the upper radiator hose goes it doesn't look like there is a tsat housing on the mx6 housing as well as where do I get the injector pulse signal from to run the minisquirt, can you still run the factory ignition system and what size injectors work best with this setup I'm going to be running a gt35r

  10. What port sizing and and the coolant I was hoping somebody was making them out there somewhere so I could just slap it on

  13. I have been having trouble with an oil leak found my dipstick keeps pushing out I need a long block I don't have the time to re ring mine right now has to be near ct I don't want to pay a hefty shipping charge
  14. I got called in at 11 yesterday went to go move it this morning the battery was dead when I opened the hood I found the dipstick pushed out does anyone have a long block for sale in ct

  16. Finally going to work on it today the problem is that it's so cold in ct right now so even in the garage it takes for ever to dry

  20. I can physically see the oil leaking from the drivers side of the valve cover with the car running at idle in the air

Looking for more advice hopefully tomorrow will be a snow day in ct so I've got all day to do repairs so to start I had an oil leak coming from the back of my cylinder head really bad the tranny is covered in oil and after its ran there's a puddle of oil under the car so I replaced the valve cover gasket the problem still occurred so I cleaned the head put the car in the air and found oil was leaking from the back of the valve Cover I removed the valve cover applied rtv to both sides re-installed and let it cure for a few hours. I took it for a ride this after noon and the problem is still happening I also found alot of air coming out of the oil fill when it's removed i did a compression test wet and dry and got 95 to 110 on all cylinders also tried replacing pcv I was told the engine was rebuilt does not have stock pistons but haven't confirmed i do know the jet valves have been deleted any help would be much appreciated
  22. Will the maroon door panels match the original ones in an 88 and will you separate them
  23. Finally got my car back up I'm looking for a few pieces I need a white pass. Mirror, white hatch spoiler and a pass. Taillight tried calling scrap yards for the mirror but no one has a white one
  24. Is it worth it a new set of trilogys is 175 mine are so bad when the pump turns on they continue to spray till all the pressure is out of the fuel line
