Be careful buying from this guy. He disappeared with no communication right after I bought something from him on here for 3 months back in july and I never got what I paid for. If you do purchase something at least pay with paypal so your covered. Apparently the apology is to have no hard feelings so you can start selling parts on here again? I'm not a d*** but I want everyone to be warned before they throw in their hard earned cash. I know things come up but it's still the responsibility of being a seller to make sure your customers are happy.

My brother - in - laws new volkswagen gli has one of these "performance sound" amplifier box thingys in it as well. Never knew they made these til I went for a ride in it and asked why his gli sounded like it had a boxer motor

Scoop up roadkill. I can barely do it if I find something dead in my yard let alone do it as a job. Especially if it's been sitting in 90 degree weather a few days.

I payed for a couple items he had for sale asap back over a month ago. Started out with ok communication. Told him to send me a tracking number when he shipped them. Days went by...never heard from him. Couple weeks went by and i messaged him and he finally responded and said something came up I'll ship your parts out. I was patient and said it's all good I understand. Well over 2 more weeks have went by and haven't heard from him since. I've tried messaging him with no response. I now have a claim open with paypal to get my money back. I've had nothing but good luck so far purchasing parts from other members up until now. Not sure what this guy's deal is but if he lists some more parts for sale I'd be a little leary on buying from him.

^^^been there. Had a timing belt jump on me on a cold morning back in the day. Seems like they tighten up once motor is warmed up then get loose after everything cools off. I finally ended up going with an expensive greddy kevlar timing belt. No more problems after that...With timing issues anyway

Yes that is correct its the number of flywheel bolts. If I remember right though at one time I mated a 1g trans to a 2g 7 bolt block and I thought that it had an extra bolt hole in that block that the trans didn't or vice versa so you might be on to something there. This was back like 10 years ago though so don't quote me on that.

When someone is running it being burned or when it's sitting raw in a container? I meant like the exhaust smell from it. Brings me back to my kart racing younger days when I ran methanol in it.

I'd love to run it if there was more than only a few stations around here that sold it. Plus then I'd have to plan accordingly if I took a long trip also. I do love the smell of the stuff

Only about 50 cents less than a gallon of gas here in illinois. Tell me how that works...That brings it at about 3 bucks a gallon

I might be interested in the front seats if you are willing to ship. I really only need the drivers side though. Let me know if you don't mind shipping. I know it would probably be in PITA. I do know there is a thread on here that shows how to disassemble seats for shipping.
