Starting my personal manifold as soon as I finish my intake manifold. Hopefully a week or so

I know you dont need to but to me its not ascetically pleasing. Also if I did end up having a leak there I would rather not pull the IM to fix it.

Thanks guys. I got the Tstat housing and it looks like it will work great. Im having a few base plates cut to my spec. The one I cut by hand wasnt as straight as I wanted it to be. As soon as I get them ill get back to it.

Only dif between the GT and T is the fact the GT is ball bearing and the OEM T25s are journal bearing

You actually have more room and better air flow that I did on my last car. I had a manifold, 2 gates, 3" downpipe, dump tubes, and a turbo just as close but everything was back against the firewall. I daily drove it like for 4 years with AC. If you are worries about heat look into coating. Another option is the gold reflective heat tape. Do up the firewall in that and coat the hot parts.

After doing some SQ specific searching I found somebody else used it. Not sure if his ever got done but from the looks of it the housing is perfect

Yes we have a very full workload so wait time is going to be about 5-6 weeks

We offer a hot parts kit. That would be manifold, downpipe, and dump tube. We can do it for an internally gated turbo or external. You could even run it internal with a block off if you want to go to external wastegate later. Need to know exactly what you want and we can go from there.

You will have to make a "B" pipe that goes from the downpipe to your catback. Another option wold be to modify your current B Pipe

Does your down pipe bolt to the stock exhaust
It does not. For 1 my car didnt have any sort of stock exhaust when I got it so I pretty much just made what I have work. It does end in a somewhat close location but its also Vband not a donut/2 bolt.

You would most likely be able to retain most of the other stuff. My IC pipes and Intake worked with an HX and our manifold. My IC pipes were made for the stock frame turbo and stock exhaust manifold

Correct it will need a new downpipe. We offer it because there are a lot of aftermarket DSM/TD05 turbos offered.
