  2. I made up a mount for the injector ballast resistors. Flow tested the injectors too, and they came out at bang on 560cc/min. Spray pattern was not perfect, but its a single cam, so probably wont make much difference. http://i750.photobucket.com/albums/xx141/ProZac83/Starion%20Project/IMAG0030.jpg My turbo bits showed up. New evo 3 7cm^2 turbine housing, and a TD06 16g compressor housing. I was going to use the TC06 compressor housing I had, but having it machined out to fit the 16g wheel was more expensive than a new housing... So that made it an easy decision. Just switching to a bigger housing wont have much effect on performance or spool. Plus, its a 3" intake, so makes the intake piping easier and tidier http://oldschool.co.nz/2011/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.png. Oh, and it looks fricken awesome http://oldschool.co.nz/2011/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.png. I have to adjust that end of my intercooler piping though, but no biggie. http://i750.photobucket.com/albums/xx141/ProZac83/Starion%20Project/IMAG0027.jpg
  3. Oops, i did mean rear, my bad, heh. O for Owsom I've got no chance of finding SHP rear struts here in NZ, so i'll modify some stock ones... but thats really no big deal. Chur! Zac.
  4. Right, after doing a few searches and a bit of reading of your awesome forum, i've come to some conclusions, and i'd like to know if i've got my story straight. 1: You can use MR2 Front KYB AGX adjustable inserts in the front of a non-SHP starion if you either insert a 1.875" spacer first, or shorten the strut by 1.875", as the MR2 insert is shorter than a factory starion insert. The same applies for a SHP starion, but you must remove the original adjustment dial and weld on a patch. 2: You can use the MR2 Front KYB AGX adjustable inserts in the rear of a starion if you have the SHP struts, with removeable inserts. This also involves removing the original adjustment dial, and welding in a patch. The same as above also applies, with either using a 1.875" spacer, or shortening the strut by 1.875", as the MR2 Front insert is longer than the factory starion SHP rear insert. 3: You can use the MR2 Front KYB AGX adjustable inserts in the rear of a non-SHP starion if you cut open the strut and weld on the top of either a SHP strut, or a front strut. This will give you the retaining nut on the top of the strut, which makes the inserts replaceable. While your doing this, you would also shorten the strut by 1.875" as the MRS Front inserts are longer than whatever is in a factory sealed starion rear strut. Oh god i hope i have that right, hah! If i dont, please set me straight. Cheers guys, its hard getting info on this down under, as there arent many people with starions willing to experiment! Zac.
