your running a spacers on this set up?

going back to stock... the cam is a roller/hydro cam. it will be forsale very soon...

cam and rockers mine are roller and want to go back to stock... 284rh cam and 6 rockers for sale now too.

thanks i have tracked down most of the other problems. no more fuel sarvation it was a intank screen pickin up crap cloging the inline pre-pump filter. and with the new turbo its making boost good. timing is spot on.its running good just load . then i checked the lifters... big can of worms now just the nosie that turned out to be bad( backwards lifters) and now mashed up rockers... So can i run stock lifters on a roller cam just to get by till i find a stock cam?... ill address the valve stem seals soon. i will track down a stock cam/rocker setup asap.

i pm'ed him no answer yet... now to track down stock rockers...........................

284 RH RH = roller hydro just want to know if i can just run stock hydro rockers on this cam? no stock parts at all... have to go junk yarding to find some.

starquest... you know if i can just put in stock rockers with this cam? if i do get a stock setup cam/rockers should i get the rocker guides or are they the same...?

First off sorry for tha mass post.. i was freaking out. i looked at my cam and rockers this weekend. i found that two intake lifters ( cyl 3&4) were in backwards. so i remove the assembly to inspeced it. Both the rockers lifter cups were damaged. one very bad. looked at the valve stem seals some are crushed like the valve was opening to much. on top of all this there is now a hole in my valvecover above my #3 intake rocker.. these are 1-1.6 roller rockers ( i beleive). i have a scheinder 284 cam( ill check if its mech or hydro) info all done. questions now. how do i check if its mech or hydro? ( cam card / rereciet) should i use stock starion rockers?
