HELLO EVERYONE! I'm resurrecting this Thread from the Dead! Sorry, this is my first time on here in Months. Been focusing primarily on my Family! My boy is doing much better, and we found out we now have a Baby Girl on the way. Its been busy busy busy around our house. Anyways, I wanted everyone to know the car is still up for sale for parts. The flipped intake and exhaust manifold are being sold w/ the motor on ebay right now for $1000+ About the harness, Im going to include it w/ the motor on ebay....if the buyer needs it. Im hoping to keep it though to sell it separate. Ill keep you posted. PM me if you have any more questions.

The thing is, I can part it out for well over $1000. The lowest I would take for the complete car (just minus engine and trans) would be $1,000.....also, $1,000 is about what I need for Dr bills. I know that sounds crazy...$1,000 for a car w/out a engine and trans, but it is in good shape. Thanks for looking

Hey guys, I have had so many thing come up in my financial/personal life that it is time for me to get rid of my beautiful car. I was about 97% done with a 4G63 swap. I have a baby boy who is ill and we need the money for medical bills. The interior is a 9.5/10 rating I would say w/ most of it being 10/10. The body is in great shape with no rust at all. In the picture I will post, there are no fog light or the front grill piece, I have all of those, they are just in my garage. I have everything except the motor and trans. Ill post a picture of the car and interior. The interior picture doesnt do it justice, the seats are not ripped at all, they look great! Also, the car has always been garage kept! Please pray for my family as we go through this rough time. It depends, are you interested in the whole car or just shell? The local Mitsu performance shop said I could probably get at least $2200 just for the motor. Then I figured a shell/interior like mine is pretty rare compared to how good of shape its in, so I figured around $1000 for the body. So all together around $3200. Im super busy and Ill try to get some good shots of the interior this afternoon! Its in great shape!

Hey guys, Im thinking bout selling my beautiful car. My car is in phenomenal shape, and Im currently in the middle of a engine swap on my 88 Conquest TSI, the MOTOR IS IN!!! No rust at all, the interior still looks brand new. Seriously, the carpets, seats...everything looks great. In fact I have had a huge thread up in the Engine Swappers section since day one of the build, its gotten a lot of attention. Anyways, this all started the day before I was taking it to the shop to get repainted. You see Im a school teacher and funds are low. Also my wife is in college and our new born baby boy is having some serious health issues, so i might have to sell my car. So before I post it on some website like craigslist or ebay, I was curious to see if anyone on here would be interested in my baby. The only thing left to do is buy a transmission and a bell housing. I was planing on buying a T5 Tranny and then buying one of Bills awesome bell housings. Just fyi I have the front peace (above the bumper) and the fog ligs that are missing in the one picture. Also, I dont have a good interior picture. Ill post one tomorrow. It has a fully rebuilt 4G63 6-bolt motor, hasnt even been started yet! The rebuilt was pretty much a stock rebuild. The motor was completely disassembled and acid dipped and cleaned. Cylinders were rehoned, it has a resurfaced head and a valve job. Pistons/Con Rods were dipped and cleaned, new bearings and rings. It has new ARP Connecting Rod STUDS and new ARP Head Studs. Tubular Header and a T3/T4 turbo w/ 3" inlet. New timing belt and I had the Intake manifold inlet side swapped by Bill Hincher, it looks great! It really breaks my heart to get this far and probably have to sell it. Im looking at 2 options. Either sell it all together or sell the body by itself and then sell the motor by its self. I know how beautiful and powerful the motor is and I know I could sell that to some guys locally if I had to. Once again I wanted to post it here to see if anyone would be interested. I might just sell the motor separate ( The local Mitsubishi performance place said I could probably get around $2500, just for the motor) and then sell the shell separate. We will see. Yeah Soccer is huge to me! I only play for fun now too, just in some adult leagues. I played with the Chicago Fire Reserve Squad for 2 years while finishing my degree. Love Love Love soccer! I watch it all. Im a huge Chicago Fire fan (I got engaged there) I love Spanish Soccer, Im a Big Real Madrid fan, and I watch all EPL games.

Sorry Bro! Moneys tight right now! Also I dont have much time. Im a school teacher and High School Varsity Soccer Coach so Im at school from 7:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Also my wife and I had our first child at the begining of the month so thats taking up time! It bitter sweet, Im thankful for the reasons why Im busy, but also dont like seeing the car in the driveway every morning, knowing Im so close to finishing it, yet it just sits! Hopefully with next years tax return I will be able to finish it! Still need a bell housing and a Transmission! So if you see anything you all need to let me know LOL

Well here it goes, about to raise this thread from the dead. I have been putting all my time and money into my Mazdaspeed Protege, its my daily driver so i had to fix some things, and that took priority over the Quest. So now im about to order motor mounts from Bill as soon as the money comes in. That means I have to yank the motor and fix the whole I cut out of my firewall Lol. I have also started tranny shopping again. I'm most interested in buying a bell housing from Bill for a T55 transmission. So if any body has a old Ford Fox-body Mustang laying around, let me know.
