  1. Posted earlier: Skymate Thermalite Sunroof. Model no. 43R00103 (build date 1993). $75.00 if local pick up. Area code is 01242. $135.00 (if not local...which includes shipping) Perfect shape...would be good for project car. Jedd H.
  2. Thanks for the offer...I did finally find a replacement in decent shape. This would probably best serve a project car that someone would want to add a nice aftermarket sunroof. Jedd H
  3. Lost in the shuffle....anyone??
  4. OK...I checked out the sunroof...it is a Skymate Thermalite (I am guessing non-factory) that has a date code stamp on it from 1993. Looks like model number 43R00103. I am told that it came out of a 87 Quest so it should drop right in. If not, it would also be nice for another project. I took pictures with my cell phone so I should be able to send those (I hope) to anyone via text if interested. Price is $135.00 which includes the shipping. If you are local then it is $75.00 if you want to pick it up. Jedd H
  5. Just to be clear...it DOES NOT fit my car as it is too small and a different style sunroof. As you said it is a very nice sunroof and I wish more than anything it did fit. And yes, I am selling it for exactly what I paid. For anyone that cares to know...I paid $75.00 for the sunroof and paid an ADDITIONAL $60.00 for shipping. That is what I am going to sell it for and if it must be shipped that will be the cost. If someone is local and wants to pick it up...then I will eat the shipping costs. My loss. So do not bother slandering me on a public forum.
  6. I beleive that it is a factory sunroof. Is there any way to verify that through a part number???
  7. I have a perfect sunroof for sale for an 87' Quest. Has all of the screws and the frame....no scratches or chips and the paint is perfect on the frame. PM if interested. Jedd H
  8. loves his wife, kids and his two Corvairs
  9. Hi all, Looking for the edge trim (Windlace) that goes around the sunroof for an 86 Station. I have tried several glass shops and Mitusubishi dealerships...but no luck. Anyone know if there is an accuratee aftermarket company that sells this part? Also, looking for the rocker panel "spears" for the same year. Any thoughts?? Last wish list: Fender for drivers side (previously posted) but thought I would ask. Jedd H.
  10. Phish, I can't figure out how to use the PM...so I am posting again...were you able to dig out the fender (right front, 86' Station flatty) now that the snow has melted??? Let me know! Jedd H
  11. Miko...the link would not work for some reason...do you have a drivers side fender for an 86 Starion? Let me know! Jedd H
  12. Phish? Anyone?? Still looking for the driver's side front fender for an 86' Starion (flatty) Jedd H.
  13. Phish... Any luck??? Jedd
  14. Hi, I am looking for a drivers side fender for an 86' Starion (flatty). No rot in the dogleg and in good shape. I live in Western Mass. Zip is 01242. Thanks!! Jedd H.
  15. Thanks for the reply Mike...how would I check to see if the wire/fuse is cooked? I am new to this car so where would I find the fuse (if there is one) to check it? Could this be as simple as putting in a new fuse??? It isn't the worst thing in the world but it does get kind of annoying each time I have to switch it off. Thanks! Jedd H.
  16. 86 Starion Strange question...but when I turn the car "on" the defrost/heater turns on...like it would if I cranked it on high. I have to push the "defrost" button to cancel it out...not the biggest problem but I was wondering if anyone had an idea as to why it would do this? Is this a possible fuse issue? Does the defrost/heater "default" to "on" if the fuse is compromised?? Thanks everyone! Jedd H
  17. Good price and the parts were in excellent condition...I would be happy to do business with Eric again! Jedd H
  18. Hi, I have an 86' Starion and I am looking for the small bracket that goes under the top heat shield (which covers the turbo). Looks like there should be two holes in the bracket which the shield is then bolted into. I am guessing that the bottom part is attached to one on the bolts on the turbo itself?? Also, I am still looking for the black plastic cover which goes over the drivers side very front (under your knees just about) seat adjuster. The lever is there...but no plastic cover. Thanks!! Jedd H
  19. Mfg...any chance you have the seat lever cover I am looking for??? Jedd H
  20. Looking for the support bracket which supports the heat shield that covers the turbocharger (silver shield with 2 bolt holes on the left...if standing in front of the car...and 4 bolt holes on the right which screw into the block). Also...need the black cover for the drivers side seat lever which controls the adjustment for under your legs. It would be the most "forward" lever if seated in the driver's seat. I have the lever itself but no cover...but it may have to come off as one piece? Black interior. Zip is 01242. Thanks! Jedd H
  21. New guy here.... I inherited my grandmothers 86 Starion (yes, it really was her car) a couple of weeks ago and I am looking for the plastic cover for the driver's side seat lever (the one that goes to the very front of the seat) that adjusts right under the back of your knees. Stupid thing that broke but I would like to replace it if at all possible. Also, I could use the front driver's side black lens cover for the side marker light (it got smacked by a careless driver in the parking lot) if anyone has one. I am a Corvair guy (I have two 1966 Vairs) so the Starion is a bit of a mystery to me but I want it to be complete and look as good as possible. I must say...the Starion is a blast to drive!!!!!!!!! Jedd H.
