  1. Are your taking the abs out? it would look cleaner. and for the emissions just pull 1 injector clip off, always works in tucson

Thats what i was wondering when i sent the cam in to get it ground up, he wrote down all my motor specs i have 92mm arais 8.0:1 pistons(those pistons dont even reach the deck at top stroke), rocker ratio also hopefully he ground it per specs. the cam card said .. well s*** im gonna try to find it. But ive been driving it around 30 or so miles and no metal or it hasnt mashed a stem seal yet. i ordered the short oem ones, there are other ones your supposed to buy with high lift cams but i forgot untill, ya it was too late and here we go. i always wonder if this cam is the problem. ill have to put my vids up and pics so that people can see this a little better. maybe some1 can spot a obvious flaw, something i keep overlooking. lol
  4. theyre 1/2 inch tall spacers, they come with those starion delphi injector kits, if u were to buy one of those kits, , or bring your screws down to a hardware store and say u need 1/2 inch spacers to go on these screws and 1/2 inch longer screws. i just bought a pair of injectors that came with the spacers
  5. ...................... yep, no i did it from the top, but i dont have a/c or the batt wasnt and shouldnt be in when doing this. it may be easier from the bottom for yo. goodluck

  9. I know when and how the secondary functions im not that stupid, ok i was testing the secondary injector in the primaries place so that i know it's not a bad injector. Of course it ran richer~ it's a 950cc duh NO it is not a stock cam, it's a 284h schneider with 1.6 roller tip rockers, oversize valves, hd springs, ported head, bronz valve guide liners, hyd rocker shafts, the head case is a non jet caravan The fuel pump wire is from 14 gauge directly from the battery, the same wire used in my buddies fuel alterded dragster. Like i said before i have new injector clips and i soldered them in where i saw no dirty crap in the insolation of the old wire. Thanks but mikec answered my question perfectly.   11. dont forget to reroute your fuel lines to the pass side, btw we dyno'ed a stock redtop in a s13. only 147whp :/ . idk then to have less torque it seems like a downward turn.
  12. Check for HKS Spark Plugs. If u have them then u need get your motor from a different source next time! OK i recommend Don't run a act clutch, cuz Sr's have weak transmissions and u will get crank walk easily in 6 months with an act clutch The stock turbo's are no better then a hairdryer. they wont last as soon as u turn up the boost Get rocker stoppers DONT USE EBAY SR PARTS!! always use name brand parts, U will blow it up quickly if u got "cheap". Ebay exhaust manifolds only last a month then they will end up cracking all over the place. Replace the coolant lines on the inside of the intake manifold as its very easy to blow 1 and overheat these motors. seriously, and no1 ever replaces them cuz they are a pita Sr's dont have torque they are a hp motor.

  15. u just have to run little spacers(12mm?) and longer bolts for the injection top hat, i forgot the height of the spacers, i can measure them if u need.
  16. ya it was, but then i decided to keep it, I will if i can get it to boost! ha i want to take it to a westcoast meet or somethin. It's a strong motor it leaves 7 foot launch marks on 0 boost! and im running proxes
  17. i guess. lol. Na i have 3 wastegates and they all work jus fine, no fuel, My Turbo started blowing oil out the intake last week when i posted it up and my 2nd inj isnt working. So ya im just going to keep it till i die now
  18. HI , Ive been having a problem with my secondary injector not spraying, I have innovate wideband. I know for sure that it doesnt turn on because air fuels lean out around 3k and my starion wont boost at all. I can daily drive it around but im only running on my pri injector and 0 boost. These are new Trilogy injectors. I have switched them and the 950cc works fine as a primary. I have 12.6 volts to the primary inj. **** I do remember a while back my fuel pump wouldnt turn on so i took it out and hard wired it on a switch and the pump was fine and it started i havent tried to boost it till recently and then my 2nd injector wasnt spraying*** So what i need to know is if a soleniod or some switch or module controls the fuel pump and injector. I am missing 1 of the vac soleniods on the tb. the one that sits to the outside. I have good Fuel Pressure, Good Filter, Good Pump. I did eliminate the abs, a/c, cruise control, my climate control, Radio. What Controls the fuel pump and secondary injectors? Boost solenoid? Please Help, Anxious to be able to use my fully built motor! Thank you in advance

  20. Ive seen what happens to the knock off wastegates after a first use. the diaphrams start to look wavy, its really not worth the risk. Just spend the extra money and run a legit product. my blitz BOV is over 3 years old no problems.
  21. BEFORE ANYTHING GET A WIDEBAND O2 SENSOR!!!! ive learned my lesson blowing a forged piston, and warping the head.
