I spliced my boost gauge power wire to the wire at the radio that goes to the dash lights

I said I removed the gauge wire and it still was blowing the fuse. I found the problem though there was a bare wire behind the radio that I must have moved when I put the gauge in and it was touching metal.

Yesterday I installed the light for my boost gauge. It worked fine until I hit a railroad track. Then the fuse blew(I used the taillight fuse) and now anytime I replace the fuse it automatically blows. I unhooked the light for the gauge so I don't know where else to start. Before this there were no issues at all. Thanks for any help.

Kind of off topic, but how much can you turn up the boost on a fully stock car before you run too lean?

It was a local technical school, and they actually don't have any programs like that. But thanks guys because I searched Dice and craigslist again after this thread and found a couple jobs that look promising.

Just school and personal experience. No real work experience in that field. I have work experience but none in that area.

Damn va 88 I searched vadriven and didnt see that thanks lol. And BC 99 I'm pretty much looking for a pretty complete car just no engine or tranny. Im looking for something for a 5.0 swap. I also really dont have a color pref but my favorite is white.
