car needs a release bearing,rear tires, was wrecked at some point has had pass quarter put on it and where they added filler to even it out is cracking has been repainted the car has about 160k on it motor has about 110k ac has been removed,has lowered coils on front but i have the stock ones for it just started to get a vibration from rear of car 99% sure needs diff mount runs good pulls hard drives well little bouncy in the front lowered but stock springs will fix that looking to trade for a s10 maybe other things but i do not like convertibles just not for me has very little rust behind rear wheels

my buddy is looking for a quest but unfortunately your to far away from me i`d actually love to have it myself got some sbc stuff could possibly trade ya but damn it cost a lot to ship it to s.c. cost me $600 bucks to get my quest from wisconsin 7 months ago i got a set of afr 195 heads new in the box,a completely done block bored,new freeze plugs,all machine work done,eagle h beam rods,eagle steel stroker crank all machined and ready to go new headbolts,new comp cam an lifters,only need pistons,rings and bearings,gaskets.i got sent the wrong pistons so i sent them back and sold my brother in law my s 10 so i am not using the stuff now looking to get 2200 for all of it also i forgot to mention its a 383 stroker already clearanced,late model 4 bolt block 500 bucks in machine work,1600 for the heads with shipping as you said you know the drill got a lot tied up in it and was wanting to do a sbc swap in a quest but dont wanna do it to the 89 fiji i have really nothing wrong with it so i dont wanna mess with it

i am looking for the cover that goes in the rear hatch area that covers the cargo area i guess its called a cargo cover also may need the rear axles

i dont hear it unless i try to get on the car a little otherwise its quiet i am raisingit back up then see whats up its super low now the airdams off the front if i put it on less than two inches of clearance not good i haven`t had time to check it out hopefully this weekend

i am not driving it at all i think an axle popped or is about to break all the way

first off i have a 89 quest its lowered really low thats how i got it i am gonna raise it up a bit .i am new to the quests so my question is i had been driving my car all day wed. no problems.i get almost home and going across a real bumpy three lanes and went to get into the throttle a little and heard a clunking or banging sound almost like the driveshaft was hitting the botom of the car so i got outta the gas and it quieted up. pulled over to look at it nothing jumps out at me so i go to drive it again seems fine shifted to second and gradually sped up and the it banged again does anybody have a clue as to what happened i was think the rear axle may have pulled out or broken and when to much pressure is applied it makes the thing move and seperate or something kinda weird the rear tires are leaning because it has non adjustable camber pltes just lowering springs that wer cut on top of already being a dropped spring .i think raising it up is a start and then checking the axles in the rear end and wheels side to see if thats whats up thanks for any help

I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A CADILLAC RIDE BUT THE BOTTOMING OUT AND OVERALL HARSHNESS WHEN DRIVING HAS TO GO A LITTLE BOUNCY IS OK JUST NOW WHEN I HIT A BUMP IT FELT LIKE IT WAS ABOUT TO BREAK SOMETHING ITS JUST NOT RIGHT AT ALL NOW SO EVEN THE CHEAP STUFF WOULD PROBABLY BE AND IMPROVEMENT WHO KNOWS I WILL FIGURE OUT SOMETHING

i haven`t lowered any quests but have done hondas,s 10 trucks,280 zx,mustangs,camaros,nissan trucks,a jaguar,all with pretty good luck the only had a issu withone blazer must have lowered 20 of them but anyways i ordered 2 inch springs for the front and it rode like s*** i took them out and cut the coils couldn`t even tell it was lowered i`m not saying the quest has to ride like a cadillac but decent without wearing the tires out i know its not gonna ride like a stock car but know its terribly bad ridng

finding a car in my city there arenone running around for sale or even to think about finally got one

i am wanting a front and rear lowering setup that will lower my car the right way and also ride decent i am not crazy about adj. coilovers but i want the car as low as possible right now its too low and just the springs are cut i think rides like hell its gotta go

add me for a set of rear camber plates and possibly front if the group price and ordering both front and rear sets make any price difference i can possibly get both now if not i can get the fronts later thanks darrick 843-478-8227
