Ok, Lessons learned. Acrylic, easier to heat and bend vs. Lexan. Acrylic is brittle so, not suitable for a lens application which will endure impacts such as a fog lamp. Lexan remains flexible. Heating this material is a challenge. It heats and shapes once, difficult to reheat and reshape. Molding Temps Acrylic Lexan Oven temperature 275 315 Helpful tip, leave in the oven @ 120 - 150 degrees for at least 30 minutes to remove the moisture in the panels. Otherwise you will create steam bubbles. This is based on my experience and after $100 in materials. Any additional tips would be very helpful.
